Digital Downloads

All digital products—including coloring pages, educational materials, and activity kits—are instant downloads. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a secure link to download your files.

Please Note:

No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
Make sure your device can open PDF or image files before purchasing.
Download links will be available in your email confirmation or on the order confirmation page.

Refunds & Returns

Digital Products:
All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable, due to the nature of instant delivery.

Physical Products:
Returns or exchanges are accepted for physical items if:

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
You provide photo evidence

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received.
