DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All of our printable products (including coloring pages, educational resources, and activity kits) are delivered as instant digital downloads. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a secure link to access your files.

Please note:

  • No physical product will be shipped.

  • Downloads are available immediately after purchase.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your device is compatible with PDF or image file formats before purchase.​

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable items are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on:

  • Instant download files

  • Digital coloring pages or kits

  • Subscription content (unless otherwise stated)

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order—such as corrupted files, incomplete downloads, or the wrong file being sent—please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
